They’re the first hello in the morning

You know that specific way your dog tilts their head when they hear your keys? Or the way your cat’s eyes soften when they’re finally settled in your lap? Those are the tiny, beautiful things that make your pet who they are.

I’m Ivon, and I create soft pastel portraits that do more than just record what your pet looks like. I find the spirit within the fur.

Why a Hand-Painted Portrait Matters

In a world of quick phone photos and digital filters, a hand-painted portrait is something different. It’s a soulful reflection. It’s a way to honor a bond that words simply can’t quite catch.

A Tangible Connection

For those of us who have said goodbye to a best friend, a portrait acts as an anchor. It’s a warm, tactile reminder of their presence and the love they shared with you

The People You Love

There’s something so special about catching the light in a person’s eyes or the gentle curve of a smile. Whether it's a portrait of a child or a meaningful family moment, I bring the same level of care and detail to my human subjects as I do to all my art. It's about capturing the personality that makes them shine.

The Beauty of Nature

Sometimes I’m inspired by the world outside my studio window. My work with scenery is about catching a mood: the way the light hits a field at dusk or the quiet peace of the mountains. I love bringing those moments of natural beauty into your living space so you can feel that same stillness every day.

A Legacy You Can Hold

I use Rembrandt, Unison and Nupastels because their rich, velvety pigments create a depth you can’t get with a printer. These are heirloom pieces, created on archival-grade, acid-free surfaces so they stay in your family for generations
